I found Jane to be unprofessional as she is just after your money..with no respect and didn't provide anything that helped my child..to her she just cares about the money..not her clients
Found them unprofessional and disorganised in terms of admin, vaguely $ greedy, my admin errors cost me hundreds of dollars, but their admin mistakes cost me hundreds of dollars too . theyd book appointments unbeknownst to me, say theyd email the dates not email the dates, not send reminder texts, not receive confirmation text from me, they have a rule of not phoning when clients not show up, and then charging the $230 or however much, for doing nothing.
