Having roadside assistance is a basic all the time Peace of Mind thing to have no matter what vehicle you have or what shape it's in. Having said that it is more than suspicious as to the motivation to me finding out after the fact that that is not on my policy for one of my three vehicles. Jane Peak is an exceptional Insurance Agent and her office staff are exceptional as well. I have had State Farm insurance since moving to Virginia in 2006 and have been with Jane’s office since 2007. I have never had any issues and whenever I have a question or need help with something those concerns, whatever they may be, are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. I'm extremely disappointed with the LACK of assistance. INTEGRITY verses greed goes a long way. This last month, August 14th, was the WORST. It's unfortunate since I've always praised this statefarm office to friends and family. NOTE: After what I went through recently for weeks with no assistance towards my account concerns, NO RETURNED CALLS AND ITS NOW SEPT 11TH A MONTH LATER! It's gone downhill.
