I have been a patient of Jane Block for a long time and I was very pleased unfortunately not so much with the office. I have had numerous problems with scheduling, returning calls, etc., on the latest I called to cancel appointment and still was charged a no-show fee. It’s amazing they can’t organize the schedule, but they sure can organize a bill very frustrating when I think that Jane Block is very competent and will lose a patient because of an unorganized office clerical situation.
