This lady is useless!! I changed doctors and came to see her, after one of my other doctor friends recommended her. Jane is horrible and has no idea what she is doing. One and done with this one.

I have been a patient of Jane Block for a long time and I was very pleased unfortunately not so much with the office. I have had numerous problems with scheduling, returning calls, etc., on the latest I called to cancel appointment and still was charged a no-show fee. It’s amazing they can’t organize the schedule, but they sure can organize a bill very frustrating when I think that Jane Block is very competent and will lose a patient because of an unorganized office clerical situation. I guess it’s hard to find good staff.!!... read more
