Dr Kilkenny is thorough, articulate and understands how patients can be nervous prior to procedures. She took the time to explain the before and after surgery processes, helping me to relax. Not wanting to sound like a commercial, but you're in good hands!
I’m revising my initial review regarding Dr.Kilkenny. Mindlessly, I forget about the number of patients assigned to these surgeons daily, weekly, monthly, and all the paperwork that must follow each consult/appointment. My initial review was more critical and concentrated on her lack of bedside compassion and the amount of time spent with a perspective patient. Although we only interacted for the few days it took to schedule and execute my surgery Dr. K was constantly pleasant, well informed and reactive. Still in the moderately painful aftermath, I would say the procedure appears to be a success and the experience at Roper and Dr. K were almost flawless.
Dr. Jane Kilkenny & her assistant, Pam, are excellent communicators. Efficient. Caring. Pleasant. Wonderful people. Dr. Kilkenny is great at what she does.
