My nurse was so kind and personable. The surgeon, however, seemed very “cut and dry” - almost annoyed at my symptoms and procedure needing to be done. I will say I was able to get appointment very quickly which initially I was happy about, now I’m unsure as to if this was in regard to my needed procedure or relation to the current review I’m composing. Saw Dr. Kilkenny and she was amazing. Dr.Kilkenny explained perfectly what was the issue and how to solve it in a quick manner. She made me feel heard and took my anxiety away. Great to have such a wonderful caring surgeon during such a difficult time
