I’m revising my initial review regarding Dr.Kilkenny. Mindlessly, I forget about the number of patients assigned to these surgeons daily, weekly, monthly, and all the paperwork that must follow each consult/appointment. My initial review was more critical and concentrated on her lack of bedside compassion and the amount of time spent with a perspective patient. Although we only interacted for the few days it took to schedule and execute my surgery Dr. K was constantly pleasant, well informed and reactive. Still in the moderately painful aftermath, I would say the procedure appears to be a success and the experience at Roper and Dr. K were almost flawless.
Dr. Jane Kilkenny & her assistant, Pam, are excellent communicators. Efficient. Caring. Pleasant. Wonderful people. Dr. Kilkenny is great at what she does.

My nurse was so kind and personable. The surgeon, however, seemed very “cut and dry” - almost annoyed at my symptoms and procedure needing to be done. I will say I was able to get appointment very quickly which initially I was happy about, now I’m unsure as to if this was in regard to my needed procedure or relation to the current review I’m composing.
