Absolutely terrible experience. The older gentleman at the front desk was on his phone and barely acknowledged me when I walked in. I had to repeatedly ask him what he was saying because he made no effort to communicate clearly or help me. The attitude from the staff was unacceptable. When I asked for assistance, the older gentleman responded with, “Do you think I’m going to print this paper for you?” in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I had a very poor experience speaking with Paul. I called to clarify a discrepancy between the contact information on my documents and what he was telling me, but he refused to listen and spoke over me. He ended the call by saying he had other work to do without answering my question. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER. This lawyer has the worst customer service, there are plenty of lawyers in Toronto that would treat you like a king/queen no matter the price. This place even just asking for prices, the old guy gives you the worst attitude you can find on earth. Bro you should retire and leave room to new lawyers who would do the job with a smile.
