So happy that I found this jewelry repair shop! I was looking for somewhere to fix the halo of my diamond ring that I bent when I caught it in the door. Jane was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get my ring back in just about 1 week. It looks as good as the day I bought it! She also kindly cleaned my necklace while we were looking around the shop. They also have some really beautiful jewelry for sale. Highly recommend - nice to have someone local that does a great job on repairs!
Jane and her staff are great. They helped me in a number of ways with a variety of rings. They helped me find a very nice cross over ring that my wife loves. They resized a couple of rings and repaired my wife's engagement ring which turned out perfectly. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
We accidentally missed the delivery date for a Christmas gift and discovered the store was already closed. Jane went above and beyond—she responded to my Facebook message and even drove to a different town to personally deliver our purchase. The store has beautiful, top-quality merchandise, and the customer service was truly exceptional. We’re so grateful!
I actually had the pleasure of meeting Jane and her beautiful dog Lilly on a walk downtown Plainfield and it was the perfect timing! I needed my wedding ring resized to fit for my 20th wedding anniversary and my husbands cleaned and Jane went above and beyond taking great care with our pieces and making them look better than new! You won’t be disappointed walking in here even if it’s just for a chat or to pet Lilly! Thanks Jane!
