Jane and her staff are amazing. I came to her after a not so pleasant experience at another local jeweler, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I had found my new “jewelry home.”Jane wasn’t in when I dropped off my rings, but her team took great care of me. So happy that I found this jewelry repair shop! I was looking for somewhere to fix the halo of my diamond ring that I bent when I caught it in the door. Jane was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get my ring back in just about 1 week. It looks as good as the day I bought it! She also kindly cleaned my necklace while we were looking around the shop. They also have some really beautiful jewelry for sale. Highly recommend - nice to have someone local that does a great job on repairs!
Jane and her staff are great. They helped me in a number of ways with a variety of rings. They helped me find a very nice cross over ring that my wife loves. They resized a couple of rings and repaired my wife's engagement ring which turned out perfectly. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
