Dr Neil Ingber is the best of the best. Fam medicine is a tough practice. On a Tuesday noon I had a chest xray. Before I could see the report online the next day, Dr Ingber contacted me about something in that xray that needs followup. I’m bad with time but I think I have been his patient about 9 years. I attempted to contact the office multiple times by phone, but no one answered. When I arrived in person, the office was empty with no patients waiting, yet the staff were talking and laughing among themselves. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering I was trying to reach them for medical assistance.
the staff were kind, everything you can find is here so it's super convenient if you live near the area
Dr. O.J Mandel was my doctor for over 30 years now he’s retired. He was non-judgemental, direct, had a level of care and attentiveness. Dr Mandel was thee best doctor ever, he literally saved my life. The admin team are good however, sometimes interactions get misconstrued. From what I see, the admin’s try their best especially in the hardest days. My advice is to find one you connect with build your rapport it makes visits easier.
