Great! My family doctor is very good.
Dr Neil Ingber is the best of the best. Fam medicine is a tough practice. On a Tuesday noon I had a chest xray. Before I could see the report online the next day, Dr Ingber contacted me about something in that xray that needs followup. I’m bad with time but I think I have been his patient about 9 years. The front desk and nursing staff at a pretty tough clinic location are great. Dr Ingber and the team deserve appreciation. I have had other great experiences with this doc. I attempted to contact the office multiple times by phone, but no one answered. When I arrived in person, the office was empty with no patients waiting, yet the staff were talking and laughing among themselves. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering I was trying to reach them for medical assistance.
