I was diagnosed with T1D in the peak of COVID and struggled to learn how to manage it since classes were no longer available. Jane was the first provider I talked to that made me feel calm and capable. She broke everything down without overwhelming me. She answers all my questions with incredible detail. She gives encouragement, empathy and tenderness in all of her counsel. If you're looking for an RD, look no further!
I first met Jane Schuster in July of 2017. I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes and I weighed 240 pounds. With Jane's straightforward input and education, I lost 20 pounds in about 2 months and have lost 40 pounds as of August 2018. I am no longer Pre-Diabetic, but the lessons I have learned from Jane have positively changed my life. I highly recommend her expertise.
