I agree with the other poor review, Jane was very one sided and we later found out she had copied and pasted things from the other parte's parenting plan paper work. If a mediator is okay with one parent getting the major holidays RUN! or request another mediator ASAP! We are not going back to mediation because of this situation and favoritism within the system itself. if it happens again we will go after the county, both parents should have equal rights to a child , not one or the other because of gender. She seems to have a pretty obvious bias in favor of fathers. I don’t think she was on time for any one of our appointments and she is almost impossible to try and get a hold of.

What an awful human being. I am quite honestly not sure how she sleeps at night. FYI, if she's court appointed, one of you is going to lose really bad, though Jane is supposed to NEUTRAL she isn't, she'll pick the side of the lesser parent. I can't imagine why she is permitted to be a psychologist when she treats people so poorly. She is belittling, makes her clients feel hopeless, unimportant and even more suicidal.
