Appalling. She claimed I had not provided my medical records (I hand-delivered 2 copies to medical records and hand-delivered a 3rd copy to the office itself). She told me the copy I had hand-delivered to the office had "probably been shredded"(it hadn't: it was later returned to me by mail). She fabricated a medical history for me based on the only 2 pages of my medical records that she bothered to read. I do *not* recommend.
Dr. Onken is a Superior doctor in the areas of Ulcerative Colitis, IBD, and Crohn's Disease. I have been with her for six years fighting Crohn's and I am now in remission due to her Superior medical treatments and up-to-date knowledge of the appropriate treatment and medications for her patients.
