I brought a friend into the emergency room who was suffering from alcohol withdrawals and at the same time he was bleeding through his anus, which I actually thought was more important. She never checked him for his bleeding at all. Blood was never taken and Labs were never done. The anal bleeding was not even discussed, even though I brought it to her attention again.
