It was my first visit to GI Associates. I was very nervous about the procedure, but the service I received from Dr. Williams and her staff made me feel more comfortable. The procedure went well. Appeared to be well run with staff being kind and helpful. Left with an tx plan. Wait time was too long. Two plus hours. This included in-between tasks time.
