I was really optimistic about this bridal store because of all the positive reviews. For a few thousand dollars, I found a dress and veil that seemed to be perfect. The store owner gave us contact info for a few seamstresses and I was feeling good about the whole experience. My dress and veil were picked up a few weeks ago. Upon inspection of my veil, there were yellow glue stains all over the veil. It looked terrible! Excellent dress selections. Our salesperson, Tina, was very helpful and thorough with explaining every detail. From the fitting to the purchase, Jane Bridal offers a great experience and I would recommend this boutique to any bride.
2025 bride here and Tina was AMAZING. I made an appointment and a week later came in and she helped me find the PERFECT princess glam ball gown for my wedding. I was anxious on finding one as my wedding day is in 4 months and that’s close to start looking for the dress. There’s so many options!! I went here to support the bride find her dream dress, and I fufilled my maid of honor duties and she found her dream dress with the help of Tina! She was very nice and helped us find great options, I would go here for great service and beautiful dresses
Omg the experience was so great I cried . To see my best friend plan her wedding was a great experience Jane bridal had a great selection and huge selection and help was 100% #1 the most beautiful woman to have to help with fitting and just conversations in all....
