I had the good fortune to find Jane when looking for a massage therapist who also offers energy healing. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Jane! If desired and appropriate, Jane has skills, knowledge and experience in 3 healing modalities -- massage therapy, reiki and reflexology to do in separate or combo sessions with clients. Jane is an incredible RMT!! She keeps me mobile and doing the things I love, like running and dancing. And she also helps me when I’m doing the things I don’t love, like sitting at a desk working too hard. She listens, and is great at knowing what I need. I miss her so much when I make the mistake of being too busy to take this time for myself!
I feel so grateful to have found Jane in my local community! Her practice space is so cosy and comfortable. Jane's approach to her work exudes kindness and genuine care. I tend to lean more towards a preference for deep tissue massage, and her pressure is wonderful and adjusted based on what you need. Jane has a wonderful calming presence and always tries to accommodate my last minute bookings for a massage. I've been seeing her for many years and always come out much more relaxed and with less knots. She is also an expert in reflexology and can also mix in a lil Reiki to get your chi flowing again.
Jane has been my massage therapist for a few years. She is consistently exceptional. Jane provides excellent client centered treatment and environment. Jane's professional ability and energy are above any other treatment I have had. I would highly recommend her ~ you won't be disappointed.
