BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!! We rented a home from Jane and Homesmart for two years. We are adults, quiet, pay rent the same day monthly. She is a liar, told us they were selling so we needed to move. ( while I was going through a double hip replacement) They didn’t sell, just another lease. LOOK at any contract she gives with a magnifying glass.
