BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!! We rented a home from Jane and Homesmart for two years. We are adults, quiet, pay rent the same day monthly. She is a liar, told us they were selling so we needed to move. ( while I was going through a double hip replacement) They didn’t sell, just another lease. LOOK at any contract she gives with a magnifying glass. When it comes to buying, selling and renting properties there is no better person. Than Jane Skustad. She can do it all and more! I’m so happy with all the work that she helped me with (in all three areas). I highly recommend her!
