Rude customer service!! We ran into an emergency, and were in dire need of a tire for my son’s car. We googled the closest place, and Jandy’s popped up. We pulled in at 6:20, they close at 6:30. The guy in the office rudely said to my husband “can’t you see we’re closed, the gate’s locked”, then sarcastically chuckled. The gate was not locked because we actually drove right in. We wound up going to Jeff’s used tires, and they were more than willing to help us out.
RecommendedI live in hilltop. Today I drove around to two or three gas stations and their air didn’t work for tires. So while I drove over to Jandy‘s used tires, and I asked the gentleman if he could check my tires for air. I would be more than willing to pay him for the air. Two of my back tires were extremely low. The front only minor, Air loss. I tried to pay him, he said no ma’am it’s OK. During times like this we really need good people like this. Jandy's is great. I've always felt like I was there only customer. Anytime I've had a blowout I've come here and just got a full set installed and balanced for half the price of what others quoted.I don't usually write reviews but Jandy's definitely deserves one!!

I needed a hole in my tire repaired, was hoping I didn't have to replace the tire as money is pretty tight. The technician patched my tire in 5 minutes. I am so appreciative of the excellent service, I will be coming back to Jandy's when I need a new tire for sure! Highly recommend!
I've come here twice for tire repairs. Received great service both times . First time going , my tire was completely flat & he quickly spotted the problem & repaired my tire . Second , threading had worn off another tire so I went in for a replacement & that was also quickly & efficiently handled. Low price , no attitudes & never had to complain or ask for a deal & never felt like I was being ripped off . Thank you !
