We have been recently building with Jandson Homes in Austral, I'm very impressed with sales consultants, project coordinators, and site supervisors who were helpful, professional, and responsive, especially during the initial design and selection phases. The team were fantastic from start to finish. The build was incredibly fast, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every step was seamless, and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
My experience with Jandson Homes has been extremely frustrating and stressful. They issued the Practical Completion Inspection despite the fact that key contracted works—specifically landscaping—were clearly incomplete, which prevented me from occupying my home as planned. They ignored their contractual obligations regarding liquidated damages and added interest to the final invoice. The house was built by apprentices and the inspector was paid off, we got our own inspector and he was shocked! 300 pages on a report on defects. Disappointed is an understatement! Avoid them or you’ll regret it!
The workmanship I seen in Austral from this builder is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend building with them at all unless you want headaches to follow.
Unfortunately, my experience with Jandson Homes has been riddled with ongoing issues and poor workmanship. After settling in June 2024, a number of significant problems emerged, each revealing a lack of quality control and care in the build process which include: - Water Leak from Ceiling: A persistent leak from the ceiling appeared shortly after moving in.
