We are very happy that we chose Jandson Homes for our first home building experience. It has been exciting to see our ideas gradually come together, and working with Grace has made the whole process very smooth. Grace was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. We especially appreciated how quickly she responded when we wanted to make changes to the design. Thank you Grace!! We have had a great experience with Jandson Homes and would happily recommend them to everyone who is looking to build own hom... read more
We have been recently building with Jandson Homes in Austral, I'm very impressed with sales consultants, project coordinators, and site supervisors who were helpful, professional, and responsive, especially during the initial design and selection phases. The house was built by apprentices and the inspector was paid off, we got our own inspector and he was shocked! 300 pages on a report on defects. Disappointed is an understatement! Avoid them or you’ll regret it!
The workmanship I seen in Austral from this builder is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend building with them at all unless you want headaches to follow.
