Working with J. Andretta was a dream. Their customer service was INCREDIBLE which I found hard to find with other designers. I had 1 fully custom piece and 2 semi custom and am still in love with them today. They worked so seamlessly with my weird timeline (live in US but Australian). I could not recommend J.Andreatta enough. I was beyond happy with my beautiful gown and veil for our March wedding. Everything about the process of bringing the dress to life was so seamless. Jess, Mel and Donna were absolutely incredible and made every part feel so special. They went above and beyond in every sense. I could not have been more happy with my dress and veil. Jess and the team were incredibly kind and supportive, and really listened to what I wanted. As soon as I tried on my wedding dress, I knew it was the one. The entire process of creating the dress was seamless, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were absolutely beautiful. Jess and the team at J.Andreatta were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment I arrived, Jess was so warm and welcoming and really took the time to understand exactly what I was envisioning for my second look.
