Asked a serious question: Are the doctors a sick note factory or a central repository for health information. Essentially I am looking for a doctor who is prepared to use the full 20 minutes for a standard appointment or one that wants to spend 5 minutes with as many patients as possible and still charging Medicare for 20 minute appointments. I was hung up on. This after the person who answered said 'hello' and made me wonder if I called someone's home phone rather than a place of business.
The rudest person I encounter via the phone is this male receptionist in this practice, unprofessional and with bad attitude. No wonder this practice is rated 3 stars.
If I could give 1/2 star I would. Saw a GP at this practice a few months back for a cold. Returned a few days later as I needed another med cert as I still felt crook. At this second appointment the dr spent the time on the computer researching computers barely engaging with me while I was describing my symptoms. Went there today after booking online to be told the Dr was away and won't be returning. I was not contacted to be informed of the appointment cancellation. Not going back there again. Very poor practice.
