super sketchy. I contacted them for a quote. they quoted me $4000 to landscape a 400sqft area of lawn. said they were desperate for money and could come the next day. and asked me if I could loan them $40k! yeah you read right: forty thousand. are they on drugs?

Very professional curious young man. Job was amazing and clean up was wonderful.Would definitely use him again. Much better than the larger companies! Kyle really pays attention to details and it certainly shows in the finished job.

Kyle from Janscar In and Out was recommended to me by a friend, and I am SO grateful that I gave him a call! Kyle was quick to respond and easy to schedule with. I had Kyle do a walkthrough of my house and he provided me with a free estimate for the jobs which was very reasonable. He walked me through the process of what would need to be done and the timeline for it. Kyle’s attention to detail during prepping and painting were exemplary. He is a true perfectionist and has a great deal of knowledge in what he does. The room and landing were absolutely transformed by his painting. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great painter who pays great attention to the details.
