JJ was very knowledgeable, and helpful in the entire process. She also reminded me of things upcoming or that I had forgotten during the loan application process. She was quite tenacious, and I would recommend her to anyone, but especially to those that are first-time buyers. Once the process is complete, she doesn't just completely disappear, but may contact you from time to time just so say, "hello", and see if you might still have any issues that she might be able to assist with.
