I went with my wife when she met with Jan O'Regan this past Monday. We were both very impressed with her. She listened very intently, took numerous notes as we talked to her, asked good follow-up questions and showed a lot of empathy during our talk. And at least three times she asked us if we had any other questions or concerns. She never made us feel rushed and was very personable.
