I had an unruly teenager who needed a change of attitude. I told her to shave his head. No ifs ands or buts. Janae was very helpful, understood the situation well and did not hesitate to help correct his appearance. Sure, he's not happy, but he knows he earned it. His attitude is already coming back around.
