I really liked Jana. She is straight to the point and blunt but you only get a short time frame so its not for everyone. I went through a crisis period a few years ago and she told me she couldnt help me anymore and that she was retiring and i should find someone else. I see now she isnt retired and she lied to get rid of me. So all i can think is wow i must not be worth trying to help. To much of a problem. Well i did it without her anyways.
Jana is a great provider! While it's typical for most psychiatric appointments to be brief, no matter where you go, Jana takes time to offer valuable feedback and insight to those she works with. Lindsey (Jana's secretary) is very organized and communicative. They're a wonderful team of helpful individuals!
When I saw her she was so unprofessional. When I talked to her with my therapist about my needs she said it's not her field, and she couldn't see me anymore
I have been in Jana’s care for several years now. She was a recommend to me for grief counseling which was sending me spiraling out of control with fear and anxiety. She was able to help balance me and reduce my worries. To my surprise, once I had that part of my life under some control I ran into another life altering situation. Totally irresponsible with her job. Lack of response and provided false information. Terrible service. I recommend to no one.
