This place is awful. They had the receptionist administer my mom's eye exam, and then they left her sitting in a dark room for 45 minutes alone with no explanation. They didn't introduce themselves to either of us by name or credential, and then tried to charge us full price for a glasses prescription based on the eye test that was administered by this nasal voiced, disrespectful, condescending office lady. We are SO MAD.
