I have had lower back pain due to sitting too much at work and bad form while playing sports. Jana in a few sessions has helped that pain slowly go away. Jana is a kind hearted woman with a beautiful passion and energy for what she does. Her techniques and approach are absolutely amazing and long lasting. She reads the body like braille! Every time I leave Jana's house, my body feels 10 years younger and lighter. She is absolutely a breath of fresh air. I believe her practice is the best in the area. I have been to over 5 massuses in my lifetime and Jana stands out far from the rest. I am so blessed to have met this loving soul!
