Only a select few front desk ladies are helpful, the rest are simply rude. It’s almost like we owe them something for calling. I have to call four times before I can get a prescription re filled and then no call back to let me know I need a televisit. This has been my primary since I was born. Time to change doctors. My mother worked there for 20 years and there was never an issue until they started to hire $14 an hr help. Very sad what this place has come too. The most horrible experience ever!!!! They refused to see my husband just because he did not have a covid vaccine. We just wasted out time by calling and making an appointment. Will never schedule an appointment with this group.
