Been seeing Dr Ulbrecht for years. He's really easy-going to work with, taking care of my diabetes, plus the nursing, dietician, and front-desk supporting staff. Sorry that someone had to leave a 1-star rating because of a scheduling problem. In all our years, we never had such a problem.
I have known Dr. Ulbrecht since 1988 when my 18-month daughter was diagnosed with Diabetes. He took great care of her then and always asks about her today. I developed Addison's disease and he is taking care of me now too at my request. I really feel that he is one of the most caring doctors in the field. It will be a truly sad day when he decides that he wants to relax and enjoy some of life, i.e. retire. I will be both sad and extremely happy for him.
2:30 appointment, at 4:00 I checked with the nurse who had to go see where he was. Was told he would be right with me when she returned. Unacceptable, we are all busy people.
