Jan's is not only a great Collision Center, Jan, the owner, is also a nice guy. He is very accomodating, setting up an appointment on the weekend when he's normally closed to take a look at my car after someone backed into me. Took care of me throughout the process and made a stressfull situation pretty painless!
My car was involved in a rear end collision. I called my agent on who they used for service and he indicated Jan's Spectrum Collision. I was advised throughout the the process about insurance, rental car ( other drivers liability) and the entire repair process. My car was completed before the expected time and it looks better than before the accident. I would recommend this shop for any of your repairs. TW.
Jan’s is the best auto repair shop I have ever known. The repair is excellent and no after issues ever. He is super honest and will tell you what actually needs done as far as your car repair He does not use the aftermarket parts that could possibly invalidate your auto warranty , not work properly with your cars system or be incompatible with your cars safety protection. I don't know much about cars but I do know that I've gone to many auto shops in AZ -- and they are mostly out for $$. Why ??! Because I'm a woman and I have no clue to what they are talking about nor do I know for sure if I really need that part for my vehicle. My friend recommended Jan's Spectrum Collision center and let me say that she really is a friend!!! It was the BEST decision of my life to bring my vehicle to Jan's Spectrum. After being rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident, I took my Jeep Liberty into Jan's Spectrum Collision Center. I did not know what type of damage was done to my vehicle, but after reading other reviews of this shop, decided to take my vehicle there to have it looked at. This was done with some hesitation on my part as being a female, with limited auto knowledge, I have had instances where I feel I was taken advantage of from service centers...however, upon arriving to Jan's the entire feel of the meeting was totally differ... read more
