Jan is absolutely a fantastic divorce attorney well versed in the law and very adept at communicating with judges and opposing counsel. She is a problem solver and resolver. I don't know as many lawyers who know the law as well as she does, and, for sure, she keeps up with changes in law. Very importantly, she also has a very good understanding of the different approaches and preferences of the the various judges in the family courts.
