Jan Smith continues to excel with everything she does with mortgage lending! I've worked with her on over 6 mortgages, refi's, etc. and she is the consummate professional. She takes the 'worry' out of everything I need to do and information to provide (which can be overwhelming to say the least!). Jan most recently helped me with the purchase of a condo in Denver. This is my 4th transaction with her. As in the past, Jan was efficient, patient and incredibly helpful to me. This particular purchase had some complications on my end with my downpayment. Throughout the transaction and challenges, Jan was fabulous to work with.
