Highly recommended. I have to say Jan Nielsen and her stuff are very respectful and care about their clients. Every question I have ever asked they have always responded in a timely manner. One time I was a little rude over miss reading my bank statement and they handled it very professional and even apologized when it wasn’t even their fault. Our agent retired and we got shuffled over to Jan which i wasnt crazy about. After getting to know her she is the best agent i have ever had. Very pleased we are with Jan now!
Decent insurance but the drivewise feature is insane. I understand a discount for data collected from a device in my car but Allstate wants location data from my phone all the time to receive a discount. They don't need to know where I am at all hours of everyday. No discount is worth that. Updated to 1 star due to wasted time and effort looking into milewise.
