Dr. DeGuzman himself is great, and the phlebotomist Michelle is utterly wonderful, but as a business IU Health is very unprofessional. I was mailed a letter out of nowhere saying that I was more or less being refused care at IU Health AS A WHOLE forever because I had missed appointments. I missed the appointments because of the issues they were treating me for, and then suddenly just dropped me without ANY warnings or heads up. Other doctors offices don't do this.
