Spoke with Jan about an issue with a brand new electric dryer from LG that I received just a few days ago recently stopped heating to dry my clothes. He saved me time and money by explaining the situation to me so that I can try a few things to test the power and reach out to the dryer warranty company to handle the situation. His advice was greatly appreciated!
