I sought out Jan to help me deal with worry, fear & anxiety.though I had great trepidation, she never gave up on me & taught me to not give up on myself.i have gone from a daily anxiety level of 8 or 9 to 4 weeks later a daily 1 or 2. Yes, i have spikes where the anxiety is 9 but i have the tools to bring it down. And I have had hours of no anxiety which is heaven. How do you thank someone for helping me enjoy life again & have more & more good hours/days than bad. Jan is life changing
Jan made everything feel very comfortable right from the get-go. She listened and understood my emetophobia and had many ideas of how to help. By the end of the appointment I felt like I had made a new friend and felt a big relief of my fear.
Jan has been a life saver for me. She helped me to quite a nasty smoking habit last year. Recently I had bypass surgery and was dealing with post op insomnia.
