transported me from Duke Trauma Hospital to Tower Rehab in Raleigh
I do not recommend this service, they were supposed to bring my 79 year old Mother home at 2:00pm Saturday afternoon, they keep pushing my Mom's transport time back and finally brought her home at 1:30am.
My elderly mother was scheduled to be transported from Duke to a rehab facility on Friday. They didn’t come. Then she was scheduled to be discharged and transported on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Then they changed it to be from 11 till 3 PM. Then at 4 o’clock they said it would be Monday. This resulted in two more nights in the hospital over the weekend with no physical therapy three consecutive days Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
