My grandmother was transported by this company and a "provider" named Jacob Collins made her extremely uncomfortable. He started talking about weapons and wanting to use said weapons. He also made some extremely inappropriate comments about his partner's physical appearance. He also made a lot alarming comments about serious mental health concerns he may have. We have decided to contact state OEMS, law enforcement, and our attorney. A company who employes this level of criminal negligence needs to be investigated.

I do not recommend this service, they were supposed to bring my 79 year old Mother home at 2:00pm Saturday afternoon, they keep pushing my Mom's transport time back and finally brought her home at 1:30am.
