One star because the representative is the face of the office. And Glenda Williams the PCR is so rude that she can’t even repeat what she just said while she was talking super fast. She was not willing to help me from the start and was interrupting me a lot. She was the worst representative i have talk to. I encourage that she be trained and retrained on customer service urgent!
