terrible customer service car arrived in an absolute state and tried to scam me from my px car saying it was undrivable but the guy clearly made it back. car has dents rips tears cracks in the windscreen which weren’t shown tried to contact the dealership and all i got was arguments and rudeness, agreed to have a £250 reimbursement for a 10 grand car only given 150 of it an absolute joke of a dealership
This dealership is really bad . The I bought finance car. 6 months ago . The cars condition is bad . Every time I have to visit Garage spending a lot of money. The customer service they are not helpful and they don’t keep their promises. Pls if you need to buy from this company you have to go with your our mechanic who can check the entire car .
