3 of these 5 star reviews are family members and probably the owners or friends or theirs. We’re not fools Polus family. They overcharged me for my SUV for being a bigger vehicle. I asked a dude with a truck and he wasn’t overcharged. Then they didn’t even clean the back area. Why charge me for being a bigger vehicle if you’re not going to clean it.

This is one of the best car washes in San diego, they have very good customer service. The stuff is very friendly, and the cleaned my car very well.
I have a mini cooper It was very dirty since I had had a very busy week and even though it's such a small car I hadn't had the time to wash it. So since I live in the area I took it there. I paid for the 17.99 gold package since I am rarely able to give it the kind of attention I thought it would get w/ all the things listed w/ that package. turns out even though I told the guy "gold package" and he gave me a receipt for it, he didn't hear me.
