I placed a call to this business today, asking a few questions regarding the tests offered and the fee structure. The response was extremely unprofessional, and not at all polite as I was hung up on. I explained that I was not looking for any specific info on an individual, but was looking to get info on what the test covered, and why the was a "range" in fees... straightforward questions wouldn't you think?!
