Switched both my business and residential alarms to JamRock and could not be happier with the system and the service! Don and Kathy have been amazing to work with and walked us through everything. The system is state of the art - I didn’t know most of the features even existed and now can all be controlled by my phone. No more landline required. Reminder to anyone looking for a business system, the MB government is offering a security rebate. My system was literally free!
We were interested in switching alarm companies and I contacted JamRock due to the positive reviews. I sent in a form on their website for a quote and it said they’d get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 6 days and no reply. I called and left a message 5 days ago, again no reply. I wouldn’t be confident about their services if they can’t even return a call/email within a reasonable time or within the time frame they provided.
I am sure the company and service is great but in my case they completely dropped the ball. Similarly to other low rated review I too called them to switch from what used to be Bell and after initial quote I haven’t heard back from them. The quote itself was completely off as it was for the brand new installation, for someone who never had any alarm or alarm infrastructure before. Amazing service from Don and Kathy! A new system was installed within 24 hours of me contacting their office. Don is very patient and listened to my concerns regarding the current alarm company I'm dealing with. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to set up my new system. Extremely knowledgeable and reliable!! Had the best experience with complicated security's salon situation and Don had the best advice and came for the rescue. He also went above and beyond and got his friend to come and install the Internet correctly for the cameras to work properly. Thank you Don and Kathy!!
