Don and Kathy have excellent customer service! They are quick in responding to any questions, with the quote and the installation. After turning their quote down to go with a big corporation who might I add lacked in all areas, I crawled back to JamRock and they were eager to help and FAST! A big thank you to Don and Kathy, Jamrock security, for installing a security system for us on very short notice. Paul, and his young daughter, worked in -25 + weather installing cameras, a new doorbell, a new door lock and a new panel. Very professional job.
