Switched from another company to get better service and monitoring and to keep newer tech with updated Qolys panel. Excellent service, very knowledgeable. I did use their online form and they got back to me within a few days. I know how busy they are with people switching from companies not providing proper service or monitoring . I understand this company has received good reviews and this is the reason I decided to give them a call for a repair and upgrade to my existing home alarm system. I am just sharing my experience. I left an email with JamRock outlining the work I was needing to my alarm system. I received an email response the same day asking me for a phone number that I could be reached at . JamRock is amazing! I’m their first deaf client, and they knew exactly what to do without me even asking—like willing to do setting up flashing lights. I was truly impressed. They are very thoughtful and really understand what deaf clients need.
Switched both my business and residential alarms to JamRock and could not be happier with the system and the service! Don and Kathy have been amazing to work with and walked us through everything. The system is state of the art - I didn’t know most of the features even existed and now can all be controlled by my phone. No more landline required. Reminder to anyone looking for a business system, the MB government is offering a security rebate. My system was literally free!
We were interested in switching alarm companies and I contacted JamRock due to the positive reviews. I sent in a form on their website for a quote and it said they’d get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 6 days and no reply. I called and left a message 5 days ago, again no reply. I wouldn’t be confident about their services if they can’t even return a call/email within a reasonable time or within the time frame they provided.
