We were interested in switching alarm companies and I contacted JamRock due to the positive reviews. I sent in a form on their website for a quote and it said they’d get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 6 days and no reply. I called and left a message 5 days ago, again no reply. I wouldn’t be confident about their services if they can’t even return a call/email within a reasonable time or within the time frame they provided.
Extremely knowledgeable and reliable!! Had the best experience with complicated security's salon situation and Don had the best advice and came for the rescue. He also went above and beyond and got his friend to come and install the Internet correctly for the cameras to work properly. Thank you Don and Kathy!!
Don and Kathy have excellent customer service! They are quick in responding to any questions, with the quote and the installation. After turning their quote down to go with a big corporation who might I add lacked in all areas, I crawled back to JamRock and they were eager to help and FAST!
