The guy (in the tight ball cap & no hair on his face) told me my car was lowered so they couldn't align the vehicle. The vehicle is NOT lowered. It had at the time new struts, control arms, compression arms, sway bar & links, all tie rods, rear cam bolts, and a newer rear end assembly installed, this is why i required an alignment. None of these parts are capable of lowering the ride height of the vehicle. Not one part or any combination thereof. So, right through the door i received a VERY BAD diagnosis. I recently went to Jammin J to have an alternator and battery replaced. My car was towed there after a break down nearby. Doug was informative -nice. I felt comfortable and decided to have the work done...only to find out later that I was severely overcharged. for a remanufactured alternator he charged me over $1100 and to replace the battery, he charged me over $360 (incl the labor charge of $94) - in total my bill was $1645. I recently moved from ************* to ******** and kept having a problem with the check engine light and really was getting tired of it.As it was, my State Inspection failed initially because of the emissions requirements. I saw the reivews on Yelp for and the quality of service they performed for other customers and decided to give it a try.No only did they fix the problem, they provided outstanding customer service far and above from what I was used to. Based on reviews I gave Jammin' J Automotive a chance. From the very start Doug seemed dismissive and unconcerned with my car repair. I had a general uneasy feeling but I ignored it based on the reviews. I left my car there overnight because I didn't want to rush him. The next day he calls about my car and basically informs me of diagnostic error codes concerning the electrical system on the vehicle.
