Went to their Auto Care class. It was great and really helpful. I haven't gotten my car serviced there yet, BUT I definitely trust the owner and see his expertise. About 15 of us got to listen to the owner for 3 hours talk about cars, the car industry, and car maintenance. He was very honest and transparent. I trust him and will bring my car in to this shop. This mechanic seems very experienced, intelligent, honest, and trustworthy. I would recommend this mechanic.
I called to get a quote on coolant thermostat replacement and was I was honest about comparing prices. Instead of giving the actual quote he just said - if you are going around checking prices, we are not the one for you 🥲 That’s ridiculous.
The guy at the desk Cole was a chill guy and the service I got from them was quicker than I expected!
