I called John at 10:30 PM, expecting voicemail. He answered. By morning, he was at my house, inspecting my water heater while it poured outside and gave me a great estimate. Then his team, Erick and David, showed up and somehow got a 40-gallon tank down a spiral staircase—because my house was obviously designed by someone who hates convenience.
