Do not use! Sadness. Was required to place a fifty dollar deposit for a printed sample of black and white which was faulty to begin with. Wasn't told of nonrefundable fees supposedly for "computer work". Did not realize downloading a file and printing on an inkjet would be construed as "computer work". Do they want to keep customers?
I had business cards printed by Jamm for a small business. The business cards were finished quickly and they looked excellent! It was a pleasure dealing with them, I will be taking any future printing jobs to Jamm!
I have been using Jamm Printing for years. Never an issue. They pick up, deliver, try that with Staples.
Exceptional service performed at a fair price, I reached out to several print and litho vendors in our area. I chose Jamm Printing for this project. They provided me with a quality finished product and on budget. Very lame – Ordered a test print which was printed on the wrong paper and the artwork was changed, strange. Needed a deposit of fifty bucks but the client did not like the poor quality of the print but I cannot get my money back because of "computer work". Downloading a file to print with just black ink seems like very little work. I wasn't told that the deposit would be nonrefundable. Stick with Staples, at least they are clear about costs and they will print examples for a nominal fee.
