I have been using Jamm Printing for years. Never an issue. They pick up, deliver, try that with Staples.

Very lame – Ordered a test print which was printed on the wrong paper and the artwork was changed, strange. Needed a deposit of fifty bucks but the client did not like the poor quality of the print but I cannot get my money back because of "computer work". Downloading a file to print with just black ink seems like very little work. I wasn't told that the deposit would be nonrefundable. Stick with Staples, at least they are clear about costs and they will print examples for a nominal fee.
