This is a Mom and Pop Landscaping company. You get what you pay for. I had their service for a couple of years before I had to cancel. Jimmy, the owner, is friendly and professional, but his staff is not. I've had repeated issues of the staff forgetting or not communicating properly with the owner. Sometimes, the owner is not even aware of cancellation of service and sends his crew out anyway, frustrating most of his crew. It’s ok not that great
One of their drivers hit me on the tollway and at first refused to stop so I had to chase him for 10 minutes and when he finally stopped he apologized for his error (side swiping me) and we exchanged information and went on our way. Since I was on my lunch break I decided against calling the police (BIG mistake). I filed with his insurance (farmers insurance) and he completely changed his story and they denied my claim .
