Update: I have since spoken to Mr Jamison regarding this experience, and he has been of help to us in getting a master title policy I needed to track down. He seems like he is trying to do better. That is my hope. W. Richard Jamison provided us with long-distance closing services for our property that we bought in Chapel Hill, NC.
