Friendly staff. A few concerns though: we brought our son here for his circumcision and were unimpressed. When I initially called to set up the appt, I asked if they performed the Plastibell method - Chelsea on the phone said “yes Dr. Barrett uses Plastibell” When we arrived for the procedure, paid and brought our son back - they quickly took him away for vitals (not a fan, we like to be very involved in our kids’ care & didn’t have the space to do that) and Dr. Barrett informed us that he only does the Gomco method. I highly recommend Dr. Ellefson. He takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I appreciate his ability to clearly explain the pros, and possible cons, for the treatments being considered.
Dr Barrett and his team are world class. At 81 yrs old I have seen my share of providers. These people are the most kind, caring, helpful professionals I have ever met. I wish them all the best! My thanks to them.
Megan is great. She not only listened to my health issues, she actually heard my concerns. Everyone in the staff treated me like family. They all really care.....
