When I was looking for a new PCP, I asked three different people for recommendations, and all three gave me Dr. Crooms’ name. After becoming her patient, I can see why. She always greets me with a smile, listens carefully to my concerns, discusses my options, and helps me understand what to expect. Her compassionate and thorough care is one of the reasons I choose Kelsey-Seybold. She is why I stay with Kelsey-Seybold. Highly recommend!
When she came in the room she already seemed like she didn’t want to be there in the first place her presence made me feel very uncomfortable i also felt unheard like she pushed everything i was saying to the side and calling it “ normal “ like i was just making things up about how i feel i definitely won’t be back there
OMG I have been looking for Dr. Crooms for the past 2yrs. I used to be a patient of hers and she was so thorough and helped me so much! She’s a great listener and very knowledgeable. The only reason I left is because I moved. However, I’m thinking about coming back due to her care, concern, and over all great bedside manners!
