When she came in the room she already seemed like she didn’t want to be there in the first place her presence made me feel very uncomfortable i also felt unheard like she pushed everything i was saying to the side and calling it “ normal “ like i was just making things up about how i feel i definitely won’t be back there
OMG I have been looking for Dr. Crooms for the past 2yrs. I used to be a patient of hers and she was so thorough and helped me so much! She’s a great listener and very knowledgeable. The only reason I left is because I moved. However, I’m thinking about coming back due to her care, concern, and over all great bedside manners!
As soon as she walked into the room she had an attitude. I was switched to her automatically when Dr Scott Lee left. He had ordered a holster monitor for my heart but the results didn’t come back until he was gone. The nurse that I’d talked to about the monitor results told me that something had come up but Dr Crooms just brushed it off as anxiety and told me not to be anxious. Dr.Crooms is a great listener and explained everything to me very well. She cares for her patients and their needs.I did not feel rushed through my visit. I will be returning as her patient when need to. Thank you, Dr Crooms.
