They got to me quickly and helped see if the tire leak could be patched. Unfortunately it couldn’t since it was too close to the sidewall so they got me the best used tire and swapped it out for me. They were fast and awesome! Definitely will go back when I am in need of tires!
Second time coming here on a last minute (flat tire) emergency. They're always attentive at the order people pull in, very friendly, fast, and they don't try to rob you with prices. Thanks for your great customer service as always
Let me start by saying I took my car to the big commercial corporate Tires plus right down the road who sent me on my way saying they found no leak &two weeks later my tire was back down to 20 psi driving back-and-forth from Ocala. This is quite stressing. The neighbor recommended this cute little quaint little shop right there in the heart of St. Cloud and within two minutes, they found a little nail in my tire and had me fixed and out the door in no time for a measly $37.63! Patch tire $35? Everywhere else it’s $20. There was an older man there getting charged $40 just for one patch, and then $35 balance per tire. Are you guys serious? Even places like Walmart, Mavis Tire, Pep Boys, Tire Kingdom, or Tire Plus don’t charge those prices. I just want to alert our neighbors: avoid this place. Prices are higher than major franchises, customer service is terrible, and it took over 30 minutes just to get a price quote. Nobody even looks at you or cares about customer service. Very rude experience.
